Detectives with the Nassau County Police Narcotics Vice Squad arrested Luis Pagan, 26, of the Bronx on Tuesday, Oct. 29 around 4 p.m. after an investigation allegedly revealed his connection to the fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident.
Pagan was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at First District Court in Hempstead.
